During this time he continued to meditate
and learn from a spiritual teacher as well as keeping
one foot in what he thought was the real world.
Corporate reality proved to be a lesson in the pragmatics
of life. But ultimitly unfulfilling and opposing the importance
of an open heart state and a life in balance. Los Angeles
proved to be challenging and yet many strengthening lessons
were learnt there.
Tim pursued cycling, jogging, ocean kayaking, hiking,
dance and yoga. Eastern mysticism and Neuro Linguistic
Programming (NLP) were other interests in Los Angeles.
Health and alternative medicine are important themes in
Tim's life. He studied herbology with Dr. David Crow and
kept a library of alternative healing books.
In 1997 he decided to return to his roots and pursued
massage therapy in order to work closely with people,
their health and well-being. Tim knew clearly that he
wanted to work only for himself at this stage of his life.
As a result he developed his own diverse massage clientele.
The practice and experience of serving in excess of 800
clients has developed his unique massage style and skill.
