A 3-hour session will address the whole body thoroughly and evenly allowing me to spend more time and effort in areas requireing the most attention. Another option is to treat an isolated area in addition to the whole body routine session.

My unique routine session lasts 1½ hours. During this session I begin by settling your body and then moving onto massage your face, scalp, hands and feet for a ½ hour. Then I work the whole body and almost all muscle groups for 1 hour to end at your scalp and head again. I aim to release muscle tension and muscular holding patterns, create circulation, release emotional responses stored in your tissue and move energy. All this happens as your tissues, meridian lines and pressure points are worked and stimulated. Many clients have praised the experience saying, "it's the best massage I ever had," and "I have a new body."

Other massage benefits include: relief from anxiety, promotion of circulation, detoxification, improved immune function and deep relaxation.

Some ideal situations for my massage work are: before an examination, an important meeting, after trauma or bodily injury has occurred, or for relief of jet-lag and when your body requires recuperation and re-generation.
