To drink plenty of water is important. In order to enjoy
life more fully I believe in proper hydration, like drinking
two to three liters of water per day for optimum electro
magnetic conductivity in the body-mind system. A dehydrated
body has a harder time, increased pain and less resistance
to all life's stress factors leading to breakdown and
death of the human body-mind system. Hydration is vital
to life.
Understand and have choice about negative and positive
emotions. It is also important to identify negative and
heavy emotions and get rid of them. We have all had disturbing
or traumatic experiences at some point in our developmental
evolution. These experiences will not be erased from our
past but our residual reaction and suffering can be reduced
or even eliminated if we approach this properly. As a
result we are able to live a lighter life with more clarity
and strength to take on the courageous steps necessary
for our freedom and enlightenment. |
